Welcome and Prayer Requests

Welcome to the Esther Bible study group! Thank you for going through the process to get here. Sometimes that can be very frustrating. My wireless Internet connection often drops which can cause all sorts of problems. I hope you find the interaction here a great addition to your study of the book of Esther. It is another way to share our portions in Christ and as Beth mentioned, another way to receive the whole Megillah!

This forum could also be a way to share some of the things God is speaking to you about but it is too late at night or early in the morning to pick up the phone to share it with someone personally. Maybe you have a specific prayer request that you didn't mention at the meeting but would like others to pray for.

The prayer request for this past week were as I remember them:

For Chris's boss Harry who has been in the hospital for months and is 75 years old. Pray for his salvation. He may never to well enough to leave a hospital/nursing home situation.

For Holly Gilbert who has cancer throughout her body. She is in her fifties and is a missionary to Ireland but is here locally due to her illness.

Travel mercies for Heather visiting in Virginia this weekend.

For Chris – wisdom and strength for her leadership with the nursery.

For Roberta – Completion of work on Armin's mother's house.

For Larry S. - healing & recovery after his operation.

Also, if you are looking for the reference notes for the Bible study, you can find them online at www.lifeway.com/bethmoore

The Christian Growth Study Plan form is there too!
